Professional Fees / Service Charges

The professional fee covers the management of the funeral (burial or cremation), including all administrative and legal requirements, and guidance through the funeral.

Mortuary Care

Care of your loved one from time of death until day of funeral, preparation and dressing . Includes funeral shroud in the event the family do not supply clothes for dressing. Does not include embalming.

Len Russell Funerals is an independently owned funeral director and not part of a multi-national funeral company. We are able to use any cremation facility and your choice of cemetery facility. The following costs are for services Monday to Friday

Coffins or Caskets

Additional fees may be charged for oversized version of the coffin or casket. Oversized coffins or casket may necessitate a delay in the day of the funeral in order for them to be made/sourced.

Legal Documentation

As part of our management of the funeral process we will source either the form 9 (Cause of Death) or Form 14 from the Coroner's Office. We will register the death with Births Deaths Marriages and apply for an Official Death Certificate for business matters.
